If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products. Just notify CRAFTICS within seven days of receiving the product and let us know the reason of your dissatisfaction. We will provide you an exchange or provide you a method to return the product for a refund. That’s it!

This warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidentals; repairs or alterations outside our facilities; or to lack of maintenance if necessary.
